From Bare Concrete to the Best Room in the House
This lower level went from storage space to a full second living area: a comfortable family room, a proper wet bar for hosting, a private bedroom, and durable flooring throughout. Every surface was finished to the same standard we hold on our outdoor builds.
The heart of the space is the wet bar — solid wood shaker cabinetry, a waterfall quartz countertop, black hardware and fixtures, and an undermount sink. It's the kind of detail that makes a basement feel like an addition, not an afterthought.

We also added a private bedroom with plush carpet, chair-rail trim, and an egress window — turning the lower level into true livable space, not just a rec room.
